| Public services through schools, churches, or other organizations are offered free of charge. If you are interested please contact us using our contact us form. What is included in our Public Services? * Classroom education: (aimed at children) This will involve a representative from our organization coming and talking with a class or an assembly about what to do to minimize ones chances of becoming a victim, what to do in case one is a victim, making a plan in case something happens or a plan to prevent it from happening, as well as information regarding those who become perpetrators. Information and resources are given in the forms of pamphlets and booklets for the children to bring home to their parents, with contact information and hot line numbers. Internet Safety classes are also provided. * Classes or group sessions: (aimed at parents and adults) Similar to that of the children's education, but more emphasis is placed on protecting your own children and those whom you are responsible for by minimizing opportunities, staying alert to your surroundings, knowing your neighbors, acting on suspicions, learning to talk with your children about it, making plans of action, and getting involved through legislation, volunteering and/or through awareness. Information and resources are given in the forms of books and pamphlets with contact information with ours as well as other organizations. |
